This plan provides you with a cancellation of your remaining debt in case your vehicle is stolen or considered a total loss because of fire or accident. The bottom line, care about our customers. - Our 100% Satisfaction designates an exchange; not a return.
- Customers may use this service only once per sale.
- Exchange will be allowed only on cars initially purchased from us.
- Customers may also trade up to a more expensive vehicle but must provide for the increase in required down payment.
- The vehicle must be returned in the condition as when sold (e.g., undamaged, clean and mechanically sound).
- No money will be returned.
